notify the Washington University Police Department
of a lost item, please complete the information
above. Do not use this site if you feel your
property was stolen. In addition, if you report an
item lost and later discover it was used
fraudulently (such as a credit card or stolen phone)
you will need to contact the police to file an
official report.
If you are reporting a lost Student
ID card do not use this form. Call or visit the
police department directly so that your card can be
deactivated.
